Technology is also about people and as IS Professionals we need to understand certain non-technical aspects of the development process. One of those aspects is the acceptance of the system that we have just developed and sometimes people do not accept it as well as we would like. Why do people resist change? Explain the basic model for understanding why people accept or resist change.
